Happy New Year! Now that it’s resolution time, how about one that is sure to save you money?

Do you have any idea how much you are, and have been, over-paying for insurance coverage? I am not only talking about car insurance but all insurance: home, renters, umbrella, etc.

My resolution for 2016 was to shop for new homeowner’s insurance as my current policy was about to expire. I shopped around and found a policy with better coverage for 22% less than what I had been paying!

It will cost you nothing but a few minutes of your time to shop for new insurance coverages. As the commercial says, “ You can save 15%, or more, in fifteen minutes.” Heed the gecko’s advice, but don’t limit your search to just Geico. There are many great insurance companies out there.
